Commercial Snow Blowers

Do they make snow blower chute conversion kits?

I have a White Outdoor Snow blower, does anyone know if they make a conversion kit for the the chute control. Currently my snow blower is an electric chute control run off the motor, is there conversion kits to change it to a manual chute control versus the electric control i have now?

1. if you removed the motor that turns it it should free it up to move. then mickey mouse something to move it, like bicycle cables
2. Yes you can do that, you will need to buy the parts for the manual setup, the basic mechanism is used whether powered or manual, remove the powered linkage and install manual linkage.
