Why do people bust out the biggest snowblowers for a half inch of snow?

doesnt it take longer to fire it up and go up and down and up and down??

3. Yes but it's more macho to show off??? ("Look at ME! Mine is BIGGER than everyone else's!") IDK it was the same with SUV's, the bigger the SUV, the bigger the ego (or if it was a man, the bigger his...well, you know!)
4. they dont really come in sizes that's why
5. the same reason people go 2 mph when there's rain...they're stupid and don't get that it's not that bad.
6. Because when you live in Crested Butte, CO you buy the biggest snow blower you can find. We've already had 152 inches of snow so far ! By the way- no one fires up a snow blower here for less than 12 inches of snow.

8. Because at some age, men change, into caring about which toys they have and it's a braging thing.... that makes them feel like more of a sucess. For example flat screened tvs/ why is everyone getting one or women for there man. cause he wants one, cause all the other guys have one. It's a I can afford a snowblower, guys in the neighborhoot, I have so much spare money to blow.... but really us girls could care less about this nonesense. Most people this far up north, new england. do just shovel by hand themselve's. Girls along w/ the guys. Some people have snowblowers but those are people w/big houses outside of town that are bored... and have the day off anyway. Usually there fat! so could use the exersize of shoveling but whatever. I think you'll see more of the little amount of snow, still a snowblower scenario further south.... where ... oh, my god! snow's coming and people freak. and board rich people go buy one ahead of time for a storm approaching getting excited they'll get to use it... then the storm isn't anything... but they go out and use the blower- because they built themselves up to get excited.
9. They are just compensating by showing the big toys.....if they had nothing to worry about they would scoop themselves and hurry inside to take care of the misses : )
