how to drain old gas from my sonw blower, and where should I dump it?
The snow blower wont start even with the electric starter. Its full with gas and it hasn't been started for like 3 years The model is: Toro CCR 2000E

- By now the old fuel left in the carb has solidified. You will have to remove the carb and thoroughly clean it with a strong solvent like Gunk brand Carb Medic and compressed air. Then empty the fuel tank into a suitable container and carry it to an oil disposal facility. I think any Auto Zone accepts it. Re assemble and using fresh fuel try again. Be sure the engine has spark.
- Remove the plug, hold it against the engine an see if your getting any spark, put a little gas in the spark plug hole replace plug an try to start.
