how to drain old gas from my sonw blower, and where should I dump it?

The snow blower wont start even with the electric starter. Its full with gas and it hasn't been started for like 3 years The model is: Toro CCR 2000E

  1. By now the old fuel left in the carb has solidified. You will have to remove the carb and thoroughly clean it with a strong solvent like Gunk brand Carb Medic and compressed air. Then empty the fuel tank into a suitable container and carry it to an oil disposal facility. I think any Auto Zone accepts it. Re assemble and using fresh fuel try again. Be sure the engine has spark.
  2. Remove the plug, hold it against the engine an see if your getting any spark, put a little gas in the spark plug hole replace plug an try to start.
