Commercial Snow Blowers

What is better to buy, as gas or electric snow blower?

We live in a small, single car drive way town home. Can we just buy an electric or should we buy a gass snowblower, and why? Is electric too weak?

1. Gas, as in a heavy snowstorm the power may be out.
2. The gas has more, and consistent power. Just remember to put Sta-Bul in the fuel tank since the gas will probably be in there quite a while in your case. And for as much as you'll use it, the snow blower will last forever. The electric blowers are ok, but only effective as light duty units.
